New Client Intake
(Required for All New Clients)
Duration: 1 Hour
All new clients begin with an intake session. This one-hour session allows us to understand your background, goals, and needs so we can recommend the most effective service path.
During your intake, we will:

Review your history and current concerns

Clarify goals for therapy or coaching

Determine the best session type and length moving forward
Note: Intake sessions are conducted individually, even if you plan to continue as a couple or family.
